All of our pricing includes VAT at the current rate of 20%; if comparing our pricing with other agents please check whether they quote inclusive or exclusive of this.
Our fully managed service is priced at 12%, a setup fee of £595 applies for a new tenancy, plus a £50 deposit protection fee and £100 inventory fee. There are no hidden fees or costs. This includes all tenancy paperwork and moving in/out of tenants. It is a fully inclusive service. Should a change of tenancy be required, i.e any agreed variation, assignment, or change of tenant requested during the tenancy, a fee of £200 will apply. We can add rent guarantee insurance if required, please ask us for details.
Should you wish to self-manage your property but require assistance in sourcing the tenant, our let only service is priced at £775. Compilation of a written and photographic inventory will cost £150, and there will be a cost of £70 to protect the deposit with the DPS. Additional insurance services are also available if required, we do not push or hard sell, simply choose what you feel would benefit you most.
